Project and Interim Management

As a project manager of technical projects in the process industry I use to work in a very structured way . In this function I use the knowledge of GAMP, Prince 2 and Six Sigma.

An interim management function I will succeed in a technical environment. Besides managing the group I will focus on the department as an identity for knowledge and experience. efficiency and effectiveness. The departments that I managed were in the area of consultancy, engineering, application management and projects. In these areas I did start new departments and methods.

In several companies and departments I did assist in focusing on strategic directions, defining vision, mission, strategy and goals for the department and individuals. The goals were monitored and used for personal devellopement and job reviews.
